With offices in Los Angeles, New York, and London, Sipario Entertainment is a global producing and investment company dedicated to uniting artistic integrity with commercial success.

Our team brings over two decades of experience across theater and film financing, with credits spanning Broadway, the West End, and international festivals, including Back to the Future, Mean Girls, Operation Mincemeat, Oedipus and more.

Sipario Entertainment employs a diversified capital strategy, investing in a combination of new musicals, established titles and revivals, and star-driven plays. Our philosophy is grounded in data analytics, creative excellence, and transparency, keeping investors informed, engaged, and part of a rewarding journey.

Led by CEO Barbara Chiodo (INSEAD, Columbia Business School, Brooklyn College), Sipario Entertainment bridges the gap between financial discipline and creative vision, advancing both artistic excellence and commercial success.

Barbara has over two decades of experience in the theater industry, having produced inLondon andEdinburgh Fringe and worked at Jermyn Street Theatre and Theatre503. Her background as an investment banker and former Chief Financial Officer has equipped her with a unique perspective and skillset that she brings to every production.

After years of balancing a corporate career by day and producing by night, Barbara finally took the leap to become a full time Broadway producer (Back To The Future, Water For Elephants). She credits her late friend and mentor, Steve Fickinger (The Lion King, Newsies), for encouraging her to pursue her passion for theater.

Known for her transparency and prompt communication, Barbara's ethical training as a CFO shines through in her work on every aspect of a production. Her impressive education includes degrees from prestigious institutions such as Bocconi University, INSEAD, UCLA and Columbia Business School.

Barbara is an alumna of the Society of London Theater, Center Theater Institute, and Theater Resource Limited in Broadway, as well as an active member of the Broadway League. She lives in Los Angeles, with her husband and children.
